I HAD NO PROBLEM WITH THE DOOR-DUMPER-SHOOT. I LIKE THIS ITEM A LOT. I HAVE PROBLEMS WITH MY BACK & NECK THUS DO NOT LIKE TO PULL THE VACCUM OUT OR BEND OVER TO HAND VACCUM. THIS ITEM IS LIGHT AND WORKS (WHICH REALY SURPRISED ME) I'M NOT ONE TO PURCHASE ITEMS FROM THE TV. IT WORKED SO WELL I PURCHASED MY DAUGHTER ONE AND I'M GOING TO TRY THE SWEEP-VACCUM. VERY HAPPY :)

sucked!!! Both occupants have long hair and a dog that sheds. THAT's why I got it. The hair gets wrapped around the brush, easy to clean, but it also wraps around the small wheels and is IMPOSSIBLE to remove. May work fine if all you need to pu is alittle sand but NOT for any dog hair, as it implies in commercial!!!!!!

I purchased this for an elderly woman and she loves it it's better than a Swiffer a broom now she and I do not have to bend over when we're cleaning the linoleum floors phenomenal product!!

The Roto Sweeper works well for quick pick-up of crumbs and light weight items. However I did hope that it would have been more sturdy. Nancy

The job it does is okay, but when you lift it to empty it most of the stuff falls onto the floor. You have to be careful with that. I was not that impressed.

U cannot use back and forth sweeping motions. U can only push forward. The trash that u pick up will fall out of the basket if u try to lift and push.
