OMG! what took me so long to find this product. My husband snores really bad and I was losing so much sleep. I ordered this received it really quick in the mail. He started using it the very first night and I actually had to check and make sure he was breathing because he slept so sound. Trust me if you sleep with a person that snores buy this and you won't regret. It's a sleep saver.

This product is too big and does no allow you to breath through your nose. It forces you to breath through our mouth, which does not work. I have tried other products like this and the only ones that work for me are the ones that allow you to close your mouth.

My husband snores terribly, and tried this. The second he fell asleep he started snoring loudly. I nudged him awake and he took the mouth guard out and said, 'I was snoring?' He tried to use it the rest of the night but it didn't stop the snoring at all, and the next day he said it hurt his mouth.

This product works, however it is very uncomfortable. After 30 minutes if I haven't fell asleep, I remove it. It makes your mouth and jaw very sore. For they money it is worth a try.

I was very surprised that it worked! Only drawback was snore mouth guard is too big for my mouth, so it is uncomfortable.

After receiving the product I soaked the appliance and case in warm soapy water. From there leaved it on your nightstand until ready to use!

It is a little on the large side so I feel it is best for a mans use. It does work well for TMJ also. Would be nice if it could be adjusted down for women.
